If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.


INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation

The words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Vibinest.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Vibinest, accessible from https://vibinest.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 7 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as your original Order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

For Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which by their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate quickly, or are past expiry.
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by law.


RETURNING GOODS

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods. Please send returns to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


GIFTS

  • If Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@vibinest.com.
