Shipping Policy
Most items on our site are in stock and ready to ship. Exceptions include rings and jewelry that require sizing, as well as custom or special-order items.
- Most orders for in-stock items begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed.
- Your in-stock item will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
Ring Sizes & Special Orders
- Standard sizes for most rings are size 7 for women and size 10 for men.
- Some materials, ring sizes, and custom designs must be specially ordered from the manufacturer.
- Requesting an item in a size other than the standard may add additional processing time, service charges, and fulfillment time.
- All special orders, items requiring sizing or non-standard sizes, non-stock styles, and items custom-ordered from the manufacturer require full payment at the time the order is placed.
Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to your designated shipping address based on the delivery method selected at checkout.
- Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship orders within the United States only. Please note:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes — a physical street address is required.
- A signature upon delivery is required for all shipments.
- Orders are shipped to your billing address unless an alternate address is specified at checkout.
- If you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship to your workplace or another convenient address.
- For security reasons, if you provide an alternate shipping address, you must contact your credit card company to add this address to your account. Both billing and shipping addresses must be verifiable with your credit card issuer or bank.
